Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued for application rejection, non-selection, incomplete submissions, or withdrawal by the applicant.
The selection or non-selection of any applicant is solely at the discretion of the Prestige Committee, and such decisions do not qualify for any refund.
